Rare first Stradivarius concert program for the Gertrude Clarke Whittall Foundation held at the Library of Congress Division of Music Chamber Music Auditorium featuring the use of four original Stradivarius instruments donated to the Library of Congress by Gertrude Whittall.
Included in the program is a work by Sergei Rachmaninoff.
Together with the program is a 1936 booklet comprised of 5 pages containing information about the Stradivarius instruments donated by Gertrude Whittall published by the U. S. Government Printing Office.
Both the program and the publication are in excellent over-all condition.
