CAMILLE CHAUTEMPS, FRENCH PREMIER, LTRS/NOTE TWO LETTERS AND A NOTE BY CAMILLE CHAUTEMPS (1885-1963) who served as premier and minister in various cabinets. He eventually ended up residing in the United States from where these letters and note were written. the two letters are in French and I do not know what the translation is. The hand-written note measures 8.5"h x 5.5"w and the two typed letters measure approximately 10.5"h x 7.5"w.

LUCIUS CLAY REPUBLICAN FINANCE AUTOGRAPH NOTE NOTE BY LUCIUS DUBIGNON CLAY (1897-1978) who was a World War II General and who was serving on the Republican National Finance Committee when he wrote this note. In this note to Philip Sporn, Clay comments on the political atmosphere and how contributions to the Republican party will make a difference in Congress. The note was typed using black ink on white stationery with printed black 'REPUBLICAN NATIONAL FINANCE COMMITTEE' letterhead. The note is dated 'January 3, 1967' and is signed 'Lucius D. Clay' in black ink. Stationery dimensions are approximately 11"h x 8.5"w. The stationery is in fine condition with typical fold creases. There is a staple mark on the upper left corner as well as a stamped receipt date 'Jan 4 1967'. Philip Sporn (1896-1978) to whom this note was written served as President of the American Electric Power Corporation and wrote several books on energy including 'The Integrated Power System'.

CBS FRANK STANTON AUTOGRAPH LTR, MANUSCRIPT LETTER BY FRANK STANTON AS PRESIDENT OF CBS in regards to his 1961 Commencement address delivered to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Accompanying the letter is a copy of that speech with notations in pencil. The letter is typed on two pages using black ink on white stationery with Columbia Broadcasting System letterhead on the first page and is signed by Stanton in black ink. Approximate stationery dimensions are 11"h x 8.25"w. Along with the 2 page letter is shown the first page of the 10 page speech in the images below.
